Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not generate, how we screen prompts, and when accounts are suspended.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Prohibited content

You may not submit code, instructions, notes, or uploads that ask the Service to create:

  • NSFW, explicit, or sexually suggestive images.
  • Harmful or illegal content, including violent crime, exploitation, or weapons abuse.
  • Impersonation of a real person or organization in a misleading way.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

2. Automatic prompt screening

Before a prompt reaches the image model we screen the combined instructions, annotations, and code. A blocked request is not generated. Screening errors fail closed — we will not send the prompt to the model until screening works again.

3. Suspension

We may refuse generations, suspend, or close an account that repeats prohibited requests or tries to bypass screening. Questions: support@snipsco.com.
