Refund Policy

Cancel anytime. First payments can be refunded in full within 14 days.

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel Pro at any time with Manage billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

2. 14-day refund on first payment

If you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund of that first charge. Refunds are processed by Creem, the Merchant of Record.

3. How to request

Email support@snipsco.com with the email on your account. NGComma SRL will arrange the refund through Creem.
